The Service acts as a facilitator for data portability and verification; however, final hiring decisions rest solely with the participating employers and caregivers.

• Your Data: Caregivers retain ownership of their personal credentials, certifications, and uploaded data. By uploading data, you grant Care Check Network a license to host, process, and transmit this data strictly for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and authorized third parties.

• Portability: The core function of the Service is to allow caregivers to safely share their verified records with prospective employers. Data will only be shared with your explicit consent or configuration within the application.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
